This truck needs an award! I've been seeing these guys Religiously for the last two years. I have tried all the competitors in Boulder & I have yet to find anyone comparable.. love this place, they're always consistent! Can't go wrong with Carne Asada tacos! All ingredients are market fresh. All salsas are made fresh nothing is ever frozen. No complaints! Keep doing what you're doing!
Great family owns the truck, prices are low (especially for Boulder), best tacos in town. They also have a nice drink selection, chips, 3 different homemade salsas, and many other options, all ready in just about 5 minutes. If you haven't stopped by yet, check them out.
One of the best Mexican food trucks in Boulder. They are family owned and operated and are very attentive with their clients. I love coming here once in a while and enjoy their tacos and sometimes asada fries for lunch!
Best Mexican lunch truck in Boulder. They use to be on the corner of 28th and Mapleton but has been gone for the winter. I've seen it driving around town but not sure where it's located at right now :( They had some really good Cheese burgers and fries. You could even get it Mexican style with ham, jalapeño and avocado. Yummm! And as for the tacos, I always went with al pastor, my favorite. The salsas are delish. Especially the avocado verde. I hope they come back for the summer.

Are you kidding me? I haven't been able to find good, authentic Mexican food since moving to Boulder from California... until now. My only regret is not finding this truck sooner. Now I come here every time I get car work done. I've only had their tacos, but they are so good. Soft tortillas, perfectly cooked meat. They're menu is somewhat limited, but they're in a truck, so it makes sense. Try their carnitas - holy cow.
Lonchera Los Paisas makes awesome Mexican food! They are located by Grease Monkey on 28th & Mapleton. Los Paisas make the the tastiest, fastest & cheapest tacos I've found in Boulder. They can be busy during lunch, but it's definitely worth the wait. The owner runs the stand with his family and they cook authentic delicious food. When it is slow the owner comes out and chats with his customers. Great vibe and good people.
